Poetic Republic is a 7-piece live Hip-Hop band from Cleveland, Ohio, now based in Brooklyn. Poetic has shared the stage with many legends in the industry such as KRS-One, Buckshot, Big Daddy Kane, Slum Village, Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh, and Little Brother.
The band has also gained national attention with positive reviews on OkayPlayer.com and Rolling Stone.com. The group has also been nominated for three consecutive Ohio Hip-Hop awards in the "Best Group" category, due to the critical success of their three studio releases and one live CD.
